Remodel & New Construction

Whether you just need help with a few home improvement design concepts or are taking on a full remodel or new construct, our Monthly Retainer Packages ensure that we are working with you every step of the way, in whatever design capacity you would like. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

DISCOVERY PHASE: Once you fill out a short project inquiry form, we will reach out to schedule a 15 minute discovery call to review your project and ensure that we are the best fit for you. After the discovery call, you will be sent our full project questionnaire; this is where we dive into the nitty gritty of your project needs, your desires, your style etc. Then we will set up your initial consult (in person or virtually) to strategize and hone in on your project scope, timeline, and budget. 

DESIGN PHASE: We get to work! This phase all depends on what you need and when you need it..

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
We are booked out at least one month in advance - therefore we require a retainer commitment at least one month prior to when you plan to use the retainer. This allows us to adjust our design intake and prioritize accordingly. The full retainer package will be due up-front, is non-refundable, and does not roll over month-to-month.

Monthly Design Retainer Packages

  • 5 hours in one month - $750 (minimum commitment)

  • 15 hours in one month - $2150 (a $100 discount)

  • 25 hours in one month - $3500 (a $250 discount)

  • 35 hours in one month - $4725 (a $525 discount)

  • 45 hours in one month - $5900 (a $850 discount)

  • 55 hours in one month - $7000 (a $1,250 discount)

WHATS INCLUDED

The following are always applied toward retainer hours:

  • Design meetings (in person or virtually)

  • Measuring existing space (if applicable)

  • Any correspondence regarding the project  whether via email, text, or phone call

  • Product fulfillment: ordering, tracking and claims *some exclusions apply

 

Outside of that, YOU control how you would like the design hours to be used:

  • Space planning & layout

  • 3D renderings for visual purposes

  • Attending selection meetings with vendors

  • Cabinet design concept

  • Flooring, tile, & countertops design concept &/or selection

  • Recommendation on structural design changes such as moving walls, adding doorways etc*

  • Paint selection, wall coverings, window treatments, hardwired lighting etc

WHATS NOT INCLUDED

  • Furniture & Accessories design / recommendation (see Full Furnishing Design Service)

  • Delivery & inspection of products 

  • Blueprints / CAD / or other specification drawings for cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, or structural aspects

  • Installation of products

  • Sourcing, scheduling or hiring contractors

  • Communicating and coordinating project details with general contractor & sub contractors 

Design Packet FAQ's

What if I don’t use my full retainer?

In the event you do not use your entire retainer (i.e. only use 10 of the 15 hours you paid for) you can request 50% of the balance to be applied as as store credit. The remainder 50% is non-refundable.

How long do I have to use my retainer?

You must use the retainer within the month agreed upon at the time of payment.

What if I need more hours than paid for?

If you end up needing more hours than originally purchased, and our team has capacity, you can purchase additional retainer packages.

How is payment structured?

You must commit to a retainer package at least one month in advance. The full retainer packaged is due at the beginning of the month in which it will be used.
