Emily Baker & Beth Stutzman
Beth Stutzman / Co-Owner & Design Studio CEO
Ever since I was a little girl, I've had an eye for design. I'd decorate and re-decorate my childhood bedroom, learning along the way. My love for interiors was inspired by my grandmother, whose timeless East Coast townhouse always felt effortlessly like home. The townhome was filled with vintage rugs, original artwork, and decor they acquired as my grandparents traveled the world together.
Those same grandparents were in the dental field, which was my first career. After being a dental assistant for nearly five years, I worked up the courage to go back to school for my true passion—Interior Design. After commuting back and forth to Ball State, I focused on a self-taught path which wasn't easy, but my passion for the craft kept me committed. When I met Emily at church a few years later, I knew that making an impact on Fort Wayne's design scene was exactly where I needed to be.
With my husband, Brad, we have three wonderful boys—Easton, Ellis, and Emmitt—and a dog named Belle. I also find inspiration in movies, traveling, dining at local restaurants & coffee shops, doing puzzles, and coloring.

I have had a passion for all things home-related since I was young. Growing up in Arizona and then northern California, I'd tour model homes with my family to see different styles and ways of decorating—just for fun! In school, I ultimately decided to pursue a Business Degree; a decision which made the founding of House to Home possible.
My husband, Sam (a Bluffton, IN native), and I moved to Fort Wayne in 2016. The people and community here in Fort Wayne is our favorite aspect of calling this our home. While the cold Indiana winters are still a shock, I've come to enjoy to slower-pace that comes with a midwest winter. I am truly a midwesterner at heart!
Shortly after moving here, I and Beth met at church. We bonded over a shared love of interiors, and the timeless architecture of old homes. This level of timelessness and quality was tough to find in Fort Wayne, and we quickly realized this was a problem we could solve, not only for ourselves but for the entire community!
Sam and I have three beautiful children; Kinley, Cruz, and Brooks. I live on coffee during the day, and enjoys a good whiskey sour in the evenings, from time to time. In what free time I have, I love exploring Fort Wayne, reading a good book, and dreams of taking a nap. (All the mothers and business owners understand that last one!)
Monica / Shop Manager
I’ve been part of the House to Home team since the first days at our current location on the Landing. Starting as a hospitality associate and slowly taking on new roles as needed through the years. Anything from running the store, being an Assistant Designer, delivering your furniture, to managing our social media.
With a certificate in Interior Design, I enjoy using my skills to assist you in creating a space that reflects your personality and lifestyle. Passing on this knowledge to our other hospitality associates to better assist you and creating content for our social media to help you make the best choices to achieve your ideal space.
I’ve always had a creative outlook, taking as many art classes in school as I could. Not sure what direction to take after school and before finding my passion in Interior Design, I had plans of going to cosmetology school and even styled hair for multiple weddings. I now enjoy spending my free time with friends and family, my boyfriend and our pups, going on hikes, taking day trips, and taste testing every local coffee shop when traveling.
Amy / Lead Hospitality Manager
I joined House to Home in 2019, and hav been here through it all; from the earliest days to our remarkable growth. With a background in marketing and sales, I bring a unique perspective to my role as Lead Hospitality Associate.
As a stay-at-home mom for 18 years, I developed a deep love for interior design. Today, I am the biggest cheerleader for our mission and our clients, passionate about transforming spaces and the lives lived in them. I lead our hospitality team to ensure our guests receive the highest level of care and attention.
Beyond work, I find joy in spending quality time with my daughters and cats, creating cherished family memories at our lake cottage.
Chesni / Design Associate
Interior Design is the foundation of my artistic pursuits, career and lifestyle. I received my Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a special focus in Residential Design in 2021, as well as my ASID certification in the same year.
Joining the House to Home team in early 2022, I have filled a handful of roles in my time here. Starting as a hospitality associate and assisting in home staging, to adopting the titles of Design Associate and Assistant Marketing Coordinator. I love being able to help people see the potential of their homes and connecting with them on a personal level; whether that be through social media or one-on-one design assistance!
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading and being outside exploring trails. I spend time doing pen + ink drawings for commission, hanging out with friends and my boyfriend, and I love finding local coffee shops I haven’t yet tried.
Lauryn / Design Admin Assistant
I joined the House to Home team in fall 2023 after graduating From Blackhawk Christian School in 2022. Instead of going to college right away, I decided to explore my interests. Inspired by my mom's 12-year home transformation journey, I'm currently on the path to become a certified Interior Decorator. Working at House to Home, I'm gaining hands-on experience and connecting with guests. I'm passionate about the field and eager to grow in it.
Outside of work, you'll often find me hanging out with friends, reading, listening to Taylor Swift, or indulging in a Gilmore Girls marathon.
Annie / Hospitality Associate
I joined our team as a hospitality associate in the spring of 2023 and you can usually find me helping guests find the best decor pieces to fit their home! I am currently a student here in Fort Wayne at the University of Saint Francis studying Communications: Public Relations. I am using my time here at House to Home to gain unique customer service experience along with learning different marketing techniques.
Outside of work you can find me playing with my two golden retrievers, Barbara and Millie Mae, listening to Taylor Swift on repeat, or exploring different parts of Fort Wayne with my friends! I am incredibly grateful to work here at House to Home and even more grateful for all of the laughs I share with my bosses and coworkers everyday.
Ron / Warehouse Associate
I joined the House to Home team in spring of 2023, taking on various tasks, ensuring everything is in order for smooth deliveries to our clients. Over time, I've become an integral part of the team, striving to go the extra mile in my responsibilities.
Beyond work, I cherish moments with my wife and grandkids. You'll often find me busy in my home workshop, where I enjoy refurbishing antique furniture. With a friendly demeanor and a positive outlook, I hope to contribute positively to the atmosphere at House to Home.
